    This is our hometown and we’d love you to take back home some nice memories about it. That’s the reason why we try our best to make our guided visits as fun, entertaining and packed-with-legend as they can get… without making them any less historically precise, of course.

    We have 2 kinds of routes: daytime and night time. This are customized visits, so you decide who you’re going with, your preferred language and the date and time that best suits you. Javier has a good sense of humour and he knows a lot about the nature and history of the Sierra Guara. Safety is his first concern and he speaks English well. We had a great time and think back to the wonderfull canyons.
We will come back and it will definitely be with Javier from Guiasbuenaventura.

My two friends had come to visit me in Spain from the US. Since we are all thrill seekers we decided to take a trip to Alquezar to try out Buenaventura. We were lead through the canyon by Javier, who was not only extremely knowledgeable about the area, but made sure that we were also well informed about the area and how to maneuver throughout it in a safe manner. Javier has a fantastic, light hearted personality that my friends and I clicked with instantaneously. I would HIGHLY recommend going to Buenaventura. The experience that Javier gave my friends and I will be a life long memory. Thanks Javi!

Our day with Javier in the Rio Vero was a highlight of our 3 week trip to Spain. He tailored our route perfectly for our family of 4, letting the more adventurous do extra jumps and squeeze through some tiny spaces while pointing out easier routes too. He is very knowledgeable about the canyon and serves as nature guide as well as canyoning expert. And he has a great sense of humor and is enjoyable to talk with throughout the day. Go to Alquezar and get in touch with Javier, I know you’ll have as good of a time as we all did!

Javier was really knowledgeable about the plants and history of the canyon. He made us feel as welcome as possible. Even though it was a rainy day, he did his best to invigorate our spirits. He did his job really well and was really witty. The best.
