In order to tackle the spread of Covid-19, we have implemented the PROTOCOLS OF BOTH THE SPANISH MINISTRY OF TOURISM AND THE SPANISH MINISTRY OF HEALTH.
We also take good note of the recommendations made by the Spanish Association of Mountain Guides (AEGM).
Nonetheless, before making your reservation, please read the following information.
COVID-19 is a disease caused by the coronavirus SARS-coV-2. The most common symptoms of the disease are: fever, cough and feeling of breathlessness. Other symptoms may include: fatigue, a runny nose, a sore throat, headaches and/or diarrhea. The path followed by the virus to reach our body are the mucous membranes and the respiratory tract, so the most important thing is to cut this path to the virus, keeping a social distance and/or using the face mask as well as keeping a strict hygiene of the hands.
If you have any of the previously mentioned symptoms or if you have been in contact with a confirmed case in the past 14 days, please refrain from taking part in the activity. As for us, no guide will be active if they have symptoms.
Once the reservation has been made, we send you all the relevant information via email or WhatsApp.
Then you´ll have to fill in a form with some personal data (for everyone taking part in the activity), tick the informed consent and send it back to us.
All our wetsuits, socks, helmets, etc. they have a SINGLE USE PER DAY, and they are washed and disinfected following a strict procedure against SARS-CoV-2. This is done in accordance with the recommendations of the Spanish Ministry of Health and the manufacturers of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
For TEXTILE DISINFECTION, an inmersion procedure with bactericidal and virucidal products is used (in accordance with UNE-EN 14476) . If you want to know more about our cleaning protocol, you can read it here: Cleaning measures against Covid. The rest of the equipment is disinfected and quarantined for 72 hours.
We will always try to keep the social distance recommendations, and when this is not possible for security reasons, we will use a face mask for security reasons.
If you feel like coughing or sneazing, please use your arm crook to cover your mouth,
You can also use your arm crook to speak if you’re not wearing your face mask.
Once we meet, we’ll use handsanitizer handing you your material and we kindly ask you tyo do so before collecting it.
Hand sanitizer must also be used every time we come in contact with anothr person and once we fiish ourt activity. We’ll also wear face mask while giving your material, collecting it afterwards, and during the activity if unable to keep a safe distance.
Once the activity is over, all participants will separate from each other before removing their wetsuits.
We’ll collect and the gear in order, the wetsuits to the right, the socks in the order way around.
Also, we collect in diferents bags the harness, helmet, backpacks, waterproof box, etc.
You must bring your own food and water, which cannot be shared with anyone (unless you live together).
For half a day, you’ll need at least 0,75 litres of water per person ans some lunch/snacks.
Our ecommendation is to pay beforehand by bank transfer / bizum / twip / cash .
Nonetheless, you can also pay on the same day of the activity by debit/credit card or cash.
Ifg we need to get to the startiung point by car, you’d have to use your own car for safety reasons.
Your guide will go on a separate car before you anbs he/she will lead you to the starting point.
